Herbal tea
Herbalist Anna Derrer of Nettles and Petals Apothecary makes our lovely line of herbal teas.
1 to 2 tablespoons per cup of hot water. Steep 15 minutes or more and enjoy while pouring the excess boiling water onto weeds in your garden (aka midday murder muahahaha!)
Winter warmth: ashwaganda root, cinnamon, tulsi, milky oats, lemon balm, skull cap, rose hips, orange peel, and marshmallow root
Inner glow: nettle, milky oat top, oatstraw, mint, red clover, calendula, fennel, and lemon verbena
Fortify: nettles, milky oat tops, lemon balm, and mint
Tulsi delight: tulsi, rose, lemongrass, lemon, verbena, garden mint blend, and marshmallow root
Chaga chai: chaga, reishi, ginger, astagalus, burdock, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, allspice, fennel, star anise, black pepper, and nutmeg
Happy belly: plantain, calendula, marshmallow root, fennel, chamomile, rose hips, meadowsweet, ginger, and lemongrass
