About the Event
Join us, in person for an evening of beauty, relaxation, & connection to the earth as we learn how to take fresh garden cuttings & arrange them sustainably in a vase! We will demonstrate with our favorite ecofriendly mechanics & then walk you through your unique design using professional florist tricks of the trade for making a sustainable, long lasting floral arrangement. This floral arranging class will feature all locally grown, in-season blooms like tulips, daffodils, hellebores, bleeding heart, poppies, etc! You will learn the mechanics of how to prepare your vessel, experiment with line/form/movement/color/texture & then flex your own floral arranging skills! Enjoy a complementary cup of tea & nibbles as we talk flowers & work with the best of what the season has to offer from our own farm.
Vase & flowers go home with you at the end of the evening.
